I am Han Thacker, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I'm interested in human development over the lifespan. I believe in supporting and guiding clients through personal exploration, psychological awareness, and psychoeducation while working toward one's therapeutic goals. My approach I find it helpful to use an integrative therapeutic approach such as relational theory, humanistic psychology, and systems theory to reach an identified goal. My focus My clients typically experience a life-changing event or a new milestone and are interested in engaging in supportive therapy. My communication style Expect a warm, positive, and gentle tone during our sessions. Together, we will spend time exploring and examining thoughts, actions, and reactions. My journey to therapy I have been told by friends, family, and strangers that I listen without judgment. We all deserve to be heard and provided with tools that allow us to improve our quality of life. The definition of a quality life is subjective - personal and unique to everyone.
