I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma with over 9 years of experience working in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings providing individual, couples, and group therapy services. I have worked with clients with a wide array of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, trauma, addiction, and OCD among others. In inpatient settings, I have worked with individuals needing assistance with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and safety concerns including suicidal, homicidal, and hallucinating. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical, emotional, or sexual abuse.

My counseling style is warm, engaging, and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines client-centered treatment using strengths-based and solution-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral counseling. I will tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet your specific needs.

Despite having experience in the area of crisis intervention, danger to self, danger to others, actively hallucinating, this service is not crisis-driven and if these are areas of concern for yourself in-office therapy is highly recommended for additional support required to ensure safety.
