I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with over 20 years experience helping people with a variety of problems.

I am a compassionate listener who can help you cope better with your issues, and enjoy a better quality of life. I strive to provide help for people in an atmosphere that is active, warm, and nonjudgmental.

I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My main approach with treatment is cognitive behavioral therapy. I like to tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I have 20 years of experience working with people with a variety of issues including anxiety, panic disorders, OCD, phobias, compulsive hair pulling and depression.
