Hello and welcome! My name is Haley Myers and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Northern California. I have been working in the field for over 11 years by helping individuals and families find healing in the areas of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and grief.

I believe our relationship and trust is key to the therapeutic process so I strive to provide warmth and acceptance in every session. I take treatment interventions from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to guide my work. My counseling style is flexible and supportive so I can adjust to the unique needs of every individual.
