I am a licensed clinical social worker, licensed in the state of Oregon with 3 years of experience working with folks who are navigating changes and challenges in their lives. My practice has primarily been in the health care setting supporting folks through health care challenges, including chronic health conditions, gender inclusive health care, transgender health care, medically assisted treatment, prenatal care, postpartum care and end of life care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-based practices, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My work in centered in anti-oppressive practices and trauma-informed care.
I intend to honor the space and time you set aside for therapy. My approach is gentle and compassionate while staying centered on the goals you bring to therapy. I realize it takes a lot of time, energy and bravery to find the best fit for your treatment goals.
