I work with people to help them change course towards a life where they feel they can truly be their authentic self. So often throughout life, we lose our way from our true needs and desires. We are full of “shoulds” and obligations. We may even find ourselves doing the exact opposite of what we know would be helpful for ourselves.

You might be feeling like you are in autopilot most of the time, numb to your experiences or the opposite, feeling so anxious it’s hard to function. These can feel like such confusing states of mind and it’s hard to know what to do next to work towards your goal of feeling well.

You are the expert on what you need, but you may require a space to reconnect with yourself. Therapy is something that we can all benefit from and can help build up inner resources to take on life’s challenges with more confidence and self-acceptance.

I practice from an integrative approach and tailor my counseling style to each person that I work with. I value collaboration in therapy, with an emphasis on mindfulness, examining thought patterns, managing emotions, and creating holistic goals.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I’m currently practicing in Washington State with over 5 years of experiences helping adults with mental health challenges and life transitions. I enjoy helping others build meaning in their lives by creating a safe space to be fully present and explore life’s challenges together.
