I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 9 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients on a wide range of concerns including anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, phobias, OCD, trauma, wellness, and disordered eating. My therapy style is warm and accepting. I use an integrative approach to working with clients, incorporating both eastern philosophies and complementary western psychology. Some of the therapies I employ in the foundation of my counseling practice are: Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and several Mindfulness-based Therapies, among others. I firmly believes that physical health and mental health are intertwined so I have combined my training in fitness and yoga with my counseling education to create a holistic practice.

Change can be scary and difficult but it is so much better to take a risk and to do the work than it is to stay stuck where you do not belong. I look forward to working with you!
