Hi, thanks for checking out my profile. I absolutely enjoy providing thoughtful caring therapy focused on your needs. I specialize in individualized care for people affected by emotional and behavioral problems. I can help you change your thought patterns and/or behaviors to have an increased sense of inner calm and improved well-being.

I can help with challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, issues of attachment and relationship difficulties. Interventions I use include but are not limited to: EMDR, trauma focused, cognitive-behavioral, DBT, mindfulness, meditation and solution focused approaches.

I’m caring and compassionate in my work as a therapist. I realize it can be difficult to trust so I do my best to make you comfortable with sharing challenges affecting your life.
