I work with people of all genders and sexual orientation, especially those who want to feel happier, more free, and fulfilled in their daily life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience. I have a Masters in Social Work from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelors in Psychology. I began my career working in Minnesota and spent half of my career working with older adults, people living with chronic illness, and their families before moving on to exclusively providing therapy to adult individuals.

I specialize in working with social anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, or grief. I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based therapy modalities. I have specialized training in anxiety treatment and telehealth.
