I strive on building therapeutic relationships that enhance the individuals therapeutic journey. I focus on listening to the individuals needs and assessing their strengths and areas of improvement. I have been working in the social work field for 15 years in different capacities. I have worked in mental health, substance abuse, foster care, child protective and trauma focused centers for victims of crime. I want to be part of someones change and assist them in becoming the best version of themselves. We all have stressors/worries that can be made more manageable with a lending ear and healthy coping techniques.
