I am a Mental Health Counselor and a certified addiction professional licensed in Florida with 20 years of experience. I have worked with clients ranging from children to adults and had the privilege of helping clients with a large range of concerns. I have worked with clients that expressed difficulty with depression, anxiety, loneliness, anger, grief/loss, relationship issues, parenting problems, career/education challenges, ADHD, trauma, abuse, and mood disorders.
I provide a judgment free, understanding, easy going, safe atmosphere where you can feel heard and understood. I believe in kindness, compassion, respect, and having an open mind. My counseling combines cognitive behavioral and humanistic approach. I am here to focus on your needs and empower you as you heal and grow.
