Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in North Carolina with over 10 years’ experience working with individuals and families. My areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, life transitions/ challenges, and family conflict. Everyone has the capacity to change but sometimes it just takes a little help. I can provide you with that help and extra support. My approach is strengths-based, solution focused and client centered. Motivational interviewing is also often used.
You have already taken the first step which was acknowledging that something is not quite right. The next step takes a little more courage and I commend you already for being here! Life is too short to be bothered by the small stuff (and big stuff, too.!)
