I am a dually Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, licensed in the state of North Carolina with over 6 years of experience. My work with patients includes helping people manage and overcome depression, anxiety, chemical dependency, career challenges, sleep issues, parenting concerns, communication, mid-life crisis, self-esteem issues, co-dependency and trauma.

My therapeutic approach includes motivational interviewing , solution focused therapy and problem solving interventions, along with cognitive behavioral therapy. Your unique needs are what we focus on in therapy. This client centered approach allows you to be the expert in your care as we work with you towards your treatment goals for coming to therapy.
