I am a professional mental health counselor and have been working in the counseling field since 2013 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I have clinical experience with a variety of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder, anger management, relationship problems, domestic violence, and substance abuse. One of my favorite things about being a counselor is helping people reach their goals, and be the best version of themselves. I am passionate about facilitating mental health and wellness, and am dedicated to working with each unique individual to develop a customized plan to improve their quality of life.
