For the last seven years, I have served as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia and have had the privilege of coming alongside men & women from all seasons of life to provide individual and couple counseling. On a regular basis, I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, loss & grief, relational issues, career challenges, parenting and shame. Prior to my licensing, I served for five years as a Counselor in Residence under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Supervisor.

My counseling style is warm and interactive energized by a desire to honor one’s story, their personal faith (if relevant) and the impact that it has had on the way you do relationship and life. My approach incorporates aspects of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Interpersonal Neurobiology. (IPNB).
