Hello, I'm Greg Stelzner, I have been practicing mental health therapy as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for 9 years. You are hoping to find a therapist you think you can connect with and trust with the pain and suffering you are experiencing. I make it my job to be non-judgemental, kind and compassionate in my approach. We are all in this human experience together and have issues or problems that we are struggling to cope with. My goal is to help my clients learn how to cope with life stressors, or mental health issues and improve their satisfaction with life, overcome difficult life circumstances and return to sense of vitality and meaning in life. I have successfully worked with individuals ranging from teens to older adults, who are struggling with issues such as high stress, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and bi-polar disorders. I use modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to assist individuals in achieving their goals.
