My name is Gregory Gomez, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I have worked in mental health since 2012. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Cal State Dominguez Hills in 2010 and my Masters’s in Psychology from Brandman University in 2015. I have always had an attraction to conversation and a great interest in what makes us different, lovable, and complex. I congratulate you on pondering change, something that can be incredibly challenging and uncomfortable. Taking that first step in self-discovery is one of the bravest things people can do in their lives, and I am excited for you! I am a huge advocate for self-care and respect. I attempt to meet clients where they are in their process, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral/ Dialectical Behavioral interventions to promote self-discovery, emotional regulation, and an increased sense of self.
