I am a professional counselor licensed in Texas with over 6 years of experience working as a mental health counselor and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.

I believe that the most important factor in a client's progress is the counseling relationship and to that end I employ a collaborative and respectful style that allows for a nurturing environment and an open and honest exploration of self. My eclectic approach combines mainly cognitive-behavioral, rational-emotive, and client centered therapies to guide one to a place where healing occurs.

I have been fortunate over the years to walk alongside many wonderful people on their journey toward a better life and I look forward to being able to do the same with you.
