I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker based in the state of Washington. I have more than 7 years experience providing counseling and therapy for concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, family conflict, parenting problems, relationship issues and addiction. The methods I use often include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Choice Theory, and Internal Family Systems. I strive to customize my approach to best meet individual client needs.

My counseling style is client-centered, strength-based and interactive. My intention is to explore your concerns with genuine curiosity and compassion. I will work with to you to identify and resolve the root cause of issues and help you pursue your desired goals.
