About

I am licensed in California with 24 years of professional work with children, families, and individuals in a variety of settings. I have a Master's Degree in Social Work from Western Michigan University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I have worked in schools, hospitals, community mental health centers, and private practice. I have experience with a wide range of social and emotional issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and substance abuse. I am a firm believer in the strength of the human spirit and the ability of every person to heal and grow. I am passionate about my work and am committed to helping my clients reach their full potential.
I utilize a multidimensional approach to therapy, exploring each individual's biological, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. I have a desire to come alongside others to assist them in healing from trauma, building self-worth, improving communication in their relationships, and reaching their goals.
