Hello. I have worked as a therapist for over 12 years. My approach is to help you build on the strengths and competencies you already have. You will gain new awareness and insights which will help you to feel better and make adjustments in your life. Major change and breakthroughs are great if they happen but more often we are able to make small adjustments which help us to trend in a positive instead of a negative direction. Also, accepting yourself and tapping into inner peace is just as important as change. My role is to guide you through the challenges you are facing and to help you build a more satisfying and meaningful life.
