Hello, I'm Greg. I am licensed in Michigan with 30 years of professional behavioral health experience. I am pleased that you reached out for counseling. This is what I do, but understand this about me; I believe that no one knows you better than you do. Your decision to find answers demonstrates a personal resolve that is uncommon and a mark of strength. You have many choices available to you. My role will be to help you recognize those choices and maybe learn a little something about your decision-making skills that are real and present. So many of us go through our lives and never have a cognitive sense of why we make the decisions that we do. Understanding what is at your core, your values so to speak, can provide a tool chest that can last a lifetime.
