I am Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas with 15 years of professional work experience with adults, young adults, teens, families, and couples. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with substance use/addiction, trauma and abuse, appropriate cultural counseling & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. My philosophy is that everyone, regardless of age, culture, identity, and economic background, has the ability to be their best self. In our sessions we will explore your experiences good bad or indifferent and assists you with living your best life! I am here to support and be present with you in that process.
