About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Tennessee and have 6 years of experience. I have worked with clients with multiple areas of concern including depression, anxiety, anger management, substance use, trauma, family issues and Autism.

My therapeutic style is open and interactive. I do not believe in stigmatizing labels and will treat every client with respect. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and narrative therapy based off of the client’s needs. I believe it is important to have the client be as involved in the development of their treatment plan as possible.
