Hello, my name is Grace Cruz am a bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed mental health therapist with a passion for helping people fulfill their purpose in life. I had developed multiple skills by diversifying my training in EMDR, CBT, neurocognitive education, and play therapy, among others. I am a compassionate therapist who seeks the potential in others. Since I was a young lady, I have had a passion for helping people who were struggling. Later in my life after a hard season, I realized that counseling was more than a profession; it was part of my calling. I see the person as a whole with different needs. I take an integrative approach and collaborate with my clients using different techniques to help them achieve their mental health goals. My passion is to walk alongside my clients while they work on their life journeys. I am so passionate about helping people learn how to renew their minds; once you work with your thoughts, your feelings will change and your behavior will be impacted.
