I am licensed in California and specialize in helping young adults and teens. I work with Neurodivergent and Neurotypical people needing help with Anxiety, Depression, Social Anxiety, College, Relationships, and Communication. I help by providing other ways to look at a problem and concrete literal solutions to try to feel better. I use CBT, Reality Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy techniques in my practice.
I love working with people on the Autism spectrum process and accept their diagnosis as well as learn new ways to regulate and engage. Excited to work with you and hopefully make a positive impact! Reaching out sometimes is the hardest step, glad you’re here!
