Hello! I'm Grace. Are you feeling overwhelmed in your life-- work, parenting/care-taking, health, transitions? Are you struggling in your relationships? Or like you can't stabilize your moods? I like to help my patients return to a level of functioning that they feel like they've lost. I assist patients in building awareness and learning skills so that they can more effectively help themselves in an empowered way. So if you are struggling with waves of depression, anxiety, overwhelm, or how to handle relationships, I'll provide a non-judgmental space and evidence-based treatment to work with you to find the balance you need... or maintain the balance that you worked hard to find.
