Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Louisiana. I earned a Master of Arts degree in Marital and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego in 2017. I have experience working with clients from ages 4 through adulthood. I have experience treating diagnoses including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. I conceptualize issues from a systemic approach, which means that I view issues within the context of an individual’s natural support system (i.e. family, friends, community, work-place). I collaborate with clients to identify and utilize existing strengths in order to create and reach therapeutic goals.

Reaching out for help can be difficult. Therapy is as vulnerable as it is empowering. I am here to listen, support, and guide you through this personal journey. I look forward to working with you!
