Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor in Louisiana. I approach counseling from a place where both me and you, (the client) develop goals for your treatment. I believe that by creating an unbiased environment to discuss any issue you may be having will help in achieving your goals for counseling. I feel that if clients' change their way of thinking, this can help in moving towards a better way of living.

I am open to discuss any issue that you feel is causing disruption in your life. You will also be able to learn healthy coping skills to use in daily living to improve your lifestyle. I have worked with both adults and adolescents within a range of emotions such as depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, grief etc. I have also worked with clients in helping them overcome addictions. I will be pleased to work with you as well!
