I am a licensed clinical therapist in Illinois with 25 years of experience as a clinician. My experience includes helping clients with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, stress management, anger management and increasing self-esteem. My approach to therapy focuses on improving your quality of life and helping you to achieve your goals.
