I am a clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience working with individuals to "help them live their healthiest and happiest lives." I use an integrative approach to therapy, primarily utilizing cognitive behavioral approaches, mindfulness and strengths-based approaches. I specialize in supporting individuals through stress/anxiety, grief/loss and learning to live through challenges and transitions. I completed my Master's degree from Tulane University in Social Work. I also obtained additional studies in Family Studies from Louisiana State University. I have extensive experience in clinical practice as well as in professional training and development.
