I believe each person has their own inherent strengths, values, and goals that can be explored to address whatever life stressors come up. My focus is to support each person holistically and promote overall well-being using a collaborative approach. I have over 12 years of experience working in various clinical settings including experience working with children and adults. I also have a strong background and experience in trauma-related treatment. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my kids and my husband, gardening, and taking care of our animals. My general working hours will be 6am-2pm PST Mon-Fri.
