I am a family and marriage counselor licensed in Texas with over 3 years of experience working with women issues, single adults, persons going through divorce, college students and career professionals. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including loneliness, situations that causes anxiety, relationship barriers and communication, career challenges, women issues and insomnia/sleep . I also helped clients who have experienced physical or emotional trauma.

My counseling style is warm, interactive and non-judgmental. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels but with validation. My approach combines various types of treatment models. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs, learning styles as well as communication styles.

It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
