I welcome the opportunity to help you navigate whatever that process is. You may be experiencing a significant loss, the impact of trauma, relationship issues, or a major life transition. Nonetheless, the stress of life has taken its toll. My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable space where you can explore personal growth and self-discovery.

I am a licenced therapist who works with adolescent age youth and adult clients who need help and support in the areas of life skills/transitions, stress management, depression, anxiety, trauma, and communication. I earned by Bachelor's degree in Psychology and my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from California State University, Chico.

Before going into private practice I worked for nonprofit, private, and county agencies, and spent several years working with survivors of domestic/intimate partner violence, severely emotionally disturbed adolescents, and intensive outpatient program (IOP) clients and partial hospitalization (PHP) clients.
