Thank you for reaching out to me today through Find A Therapist. It is my pleasure to assist, coach, and/or instruct you, as my client, using empirically proven therapeutic methods. I provide empathetic understanding and unconditional positive regard throughout treatment. I strongly believe that every individual is the expert on their life and holds within them the answers to their life’s problems. It is my hope, that through our therapeutic relationship and rapport from honest nonjudgmental communication, you will gain insight and discover the answers you are seeking.

If you allow me, we will employ an integrative approach to therapy. We may use a psychoanalytical approach as well as a Person Centered approach to therapy to address thoughts, feelings or behaviors that are possibly causing internal conflict, family/social relationship tensions, employment/education status concerns, or any other concerns you may have.
