As a person in recovery myself, I am poised to help those desiring help with untreated addiction and/or unresolved trauma. I have experience working with co-occurring disorders including addiction and trauma. Being in recovery gives me both a professional and personal perspective in which to help you with your journey. I pull from an eclectic set of training and interventions to collaborate with you on how to get you where you want. My goal is to provide a safe place for you to explore ways to heal, whatever that means for you, and to help you in your process.
