When anxiety, depression, anger, relational problems, grief, loss, abuse, or any other feelings begin to cause significant problems for you in everyday functioning, I will partner with you to offer guidance, support, solutions, and techniques that will allow for growth and empowerment in order to achieve peace and clarity. I practice an Interpersonal style of therapy, therefore allowing myself to connect with you through your surroundings, your life experiences, and your belief system. I strive to create a happy, healthy safe environment through a compassionate supportive role until you are in a place where your objectives have been achieved. I am very affordable and provide individual, family, and group sessions for adults, adolescents, and children.
