I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Indiana with 20 years of experience. I have worked with people challenged by depression, anxiety, substance use, family challenges, and life changing situations. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory. I also believe in taking a Holistic approach to health, as our body and minds are connected.

When working with clients I strive to make the therapy experience genuine, positive, respectful, and safe. I know that Change is Hard. I will work with you to overcome things that are challenging you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I am proud of you for getting started! I am excited to meet you.
