I am a licensed professional counselor dedicated to providing exceptional care and implementing effective treatment for a wide range of issues that include anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, transitions in life, stress, self-esteem, body image, grief and loss, relationship conflicts, parenting, anger management, health and wellness, nutrition, and women's health. I have experience working with a diverse population in individual and/or group settings. I believe treatment is unique to the individual's situation and goals in mind. I use an eclectic approach to therapy which combines various approaches to meet the specific and unique needs of each client. I have worked extensively with military families, within the prison system, and also in private practice. I have a passion to see people heal from negative and traumatic experiences and live a life that can be enjoyed to the fullest. I also have a PhD in Health Psychology.
