I am a licensed therapist based in California with 15 years of professional experience in the field. My practice is deeply rooted in compassion and empathy, and I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families grappling with various challenges such as trauma, anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, depression, postpartum depression, and eating disorders.
