I am a family and individual therapist with over 5 years of experience working as a licensed clinical social worker. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, ADHD and personality disorders. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapy sessions are used to create a safe space for my clients. I treat each of my clients with compassion and respect so they feel comfortable communicating freely. The techniques that I utilize consist of cognitive-behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and Solution Focus Therapy. I will tailor to each client's needs and goals.
