About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Alaska for the past 15 years, working in a clinic/Primary Care Clinic setting and within the military base. I’ve worked with adults, parents, adolescents, and young children. I have worked with clients ranging from Drugs & Alcohol, ADHD, depression, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, parents skills, career challenges and being able to set realistic goals.

I like to keep my therapy style simple. I take the lead the of the client and follow his or her agenda. This is your time not mine. I will do my best to facilitate the sessions by asking questions that will, hopefully, create awareness within the client. I do my best to remain neutral and objective. It is hard enough to pick up the phone, push a button to attend a video session; therefore, I like to keep things simple. I am here to assist with brainstorming, approaching situations at a different angle versus head on. I will not do anything that will create friction or embarrassment.
