About

My name is Ginka and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Texas. I have been in service to the community for the past 4 years, and I am delighted to be able to provide support and understanding to my clients at PATH. My preferred models of work are postmodern and narrative, solution-focused, collaborative, and client-centered. I work with my clients to help discover their strengths and preferred realities. I employ eclectic modalities to cater to the clients’ needs. I have experience working with couples, teens, families, and individuals. I possess a deep understanding of the nature of substance abuse, trauma, and the ever-growing presentation of dual diagnoses (mental health and addiction). I collaborate with my clients when working on goals and treatment plans. Clients’ needs are unique and fluctuate; therefore, I assess the clients’ needs during every session. When working with me, you can expect a welcoming and friendly environment where open conversations are key to success and positive results. Homework or weekly activities are assigned when requested or deemed necessary. Start working with me today and take the first step towards a better you and a better life!
