About

After nearly 20 years of helping people in the field of mortgage loan servicing, I decided to help people in a different way. There are many people in need of help coping with anxiety, depression, and general challenges of life and relationships. I draw on my training as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), life experience, and 28 years of marriage, to walk alongside people who embark on journeys of self-exploration and growth. I help them discover strengths they didn't know they had, or sometimes re-discover strengths they thought they had lost. I help people see their lives from a different perspective. From these new vantage points, people often find they have more choices than they realize. Here, I help them make the choices that will take them in the direction of living a better life. I look forward to joining you on your journey to discover what changes you can make, or what strengths you possess that you can use to change your life for the better.
