Hi there, I'm Ginger! Do you struggle to communicate in ways that allow you to feel heard and understood? Would you like to learn how to create healthy boundaries and feel valued? As a therapist, I help families, couples and individuals of all ages to answer these questions and help them understand the importance of emotional, relational, and spiritual healing. These are key components of self that often need strengthening to establish healthy relationships and a better understanding of self-worth. Together we can begin the process of healing and growth. No matter your age, marital status, whether you have children, if you are retired or facing a crisis, life is constantly changing, and I am here to equip you with skills to navigate through these challenges. You can learn to rebuild your relationships and discover your true value. I will create a safe place for you to begin the process of healing and growth. Psychologist Carl Rogers wrote “Life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.” There is hope in healing, and restoration begins with you.
