I work well with many age ranges but specialize in adolescents and young adults. I have certification in DBT therapy, Triple P parenting, and a dual certification in trauma and substance use. By utilizing DBT and CBT interventions I assist clients with reducing symptoms and providing support. I often use humor and personal experience when guiding clients.
