Greetings! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Wisconsin and also credentialed as a Licensed Independent Social Worker through the State of Minnesota. With over eleven years of practice since receiving my Master's in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay, I've developed a deep understanding and expertise in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, bereavement, and caregiver burden. My approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored, incorporating ACT Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, and Positive Psychology to address the unique needs and challenges of each client. Beyond these, I hold certifications in Laughter Therapy and Dementia Care, and I've been trained in the whole health approach to wellness.
