Life can bring many challenges, no matter our age. Deciding to speak with someone who is removed from the family system or situation, who can act as a neutral party, can be incredibly beneficial and supportive. I have a great passion for working with children, adolescents, and their families to support everyone in living a functional and fulfilling life. I have a background in working with youth and families who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, significant life transitions, ADHD, substance use and relationship difficulty. I have supported children, adolescents and their families in community, office, and home settings. I have been in community mental health for most of my career and have plenty of resources to support clients and families achieve their goals.
