Gina has been helping clients with Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma for over twenty years, specializing in Relationship Issues, Narcissist Abuse Survival, Women's Issues, Trauma Resolution, Divorce Recovery, and Life Coaching. Gina emphasizes balance, self-care, joyful living, and healthy boundaries. She utilizes Psychodynamic techniques along with supportive, Cognitive Behavioral interventions. She has written two self-help books, "The Women's Divorce and Dating Survival Guide," avails on Amazon, and "The Narcissist Abuse Recovery Guide" (due for publication in 2022). Gina provides Narcissist Abuse Survivor Recovery Coaching to help survivors heal their trauma, anxiety, and depression. Many people are affected by the Narcissist Abuse of family members, partners, friends, and coworkers. Besides offering healing tools, Gina's coaching also helps survivors avoid befriending another abusive personality disorder in the future. Gina's informative podcast, "Narcissist Abuse Survivors Series," is available on Spotify. She shares her own healing journey with informative stories along with educational healing tips. Her next self-help book is a structured healing guide and will be published soon. Gina received her Bachelor of Psychology Degree from Northern Michigan University in 1992 and her Master of Social Work Degree from The University of Houston in 1997. Gina's expertise has grown from a well rounded practice history in a wide variety of settings including Hospitals, Schools, Employee Assistance Programs, Public Mental Health, Domestic Abuse, Adoptions, Elder Care, Family Service Centers, Crisis Clinics, and Pain Management Clinics.
