They want to be empowered to advocate for themselves when necessary and create a wellness routine that serves as a preventative measure for mental health problems. I can help a client by first assessing for risk and building a strong foundation of rapport. I believe that human connection is essential to helping people work through their problems and that trust is of the utmost importance. My ability to connect with others is my biggest strength, and my use of modalities can vary depending on what the client needs.
